The Architect
Act II Governance is led by Luc Andria, Act II Architect.
His work focuses on personal governance design — helping experienced professionals replace ambiguity with durable direction.
He does not work as a coach.
He designs structures that allow decisions to hold under pressure.
Luc Andria also works in the Consigliere stance: a private governance advisor who installs decision architecture and protects it from drift. The role is structural, not motivational.
